Inventory Control Clerk

Inventory Control clerk will be responsible for counting and balancing inventory daily, in our refrigerated warehouse. You must be very detail oriented, have great communication skills, and proficient with numbers. Supporting sales, invoicing, and warehouse departments with varying product allocation discrepancies.

All Team Members are expected to:

  • Follow Food Safety, Safety, & Attendance Policies and Procedures.
    • Which includes our Allergen, Organic, Iced Products & their policies as a top priority.

Hours: 6am to 2:30pm Monday through Friday; every other Saturday (similar working hours)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Use RF Scan Gun and computer system (WMS)
  • Count and balance inventory daily
  • Assist warehouse employees and invoicing office with “missing” product
  • Identify inventory that has missing lot tags
  • Investigate shortage / overage claims
  • Work in both office space and warehouse (50/50)

Job Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish), preferred

Work in a refrigerated warehouse alongside management to fulfill orders for various customers. A picker/selector is an integral part of the shipping operations.

All Team Members are expected to:

  • Use an electric pallet-jack/forklift

  • Restock inventory manually or with warehouse equipment
  • Fulfill orders with accuracy (quantity, size, etc.)
